From intake to final documentation, every step is designed to ensure your property is cleaned, reviewed, and verified before being marked complete. Our process allows property managers and owners to stay informed without needing to micromanage the service.
Request Intake and Scope Review
The process begins with a detailed service request submitted through our online form. This intake allows us to collect important information such as property size, vacancy status, access method, and preferred service date. Accurate intake ensures the turnover is scoped correctly and that the appropriate package and any add-ons are applied from the start.
Coordinated Turnover Cleaning
After the scope is confirmed, we coordinate scheduling with one of our independent vendor partner companies. Prompt & Proper manages communication and scheduling so property managers do not need to coordinate directly with cleaners. The turnover cleaning is performed according to outcome-based standards designed to leave the unit rent-ready.
Kitchens, bathrooms, living areas, bedrooms, and floors are cleaned based on the booked package and approved add-ons. Our approach ensures consistent coverage while allowing flexibility for different property types and turnover needs.
Quality control ensures consistency across all properties and vendor partners, giving property managers confidence that every turnover meets the same standard.
Closeout Pack Delivery
After quality control review is complete, the Photo Proof & Closeout Pack and Service Summary are delivered. The closeout pack confirms the service date, areas completed, approved add-ons, and access closure. The Service Summary also notes any observed concerns so property owners are fully informed.
