Our pricing is designed for property managers, landlords, and rental owners who want consistent, documented, rent-ready turnovers. Every turnover includes a QC-approved Photo Proof Pack and Service Summary so you can verify completion without surprises.

Turnover Packages:

Choose the package that fits your rental unit size. Each package includes outcome-based cleaning of visible, reasonably accessible areas. Standard packages cover kitchens, bathrooms (up to booked count), living/common areas, and bedrooms (up to booked count).

  • Studio / 1 Bath Turnover: $399
  • 1 Bed / 1 Bath Turnover: $449
  • 2 Bed / 1 Bath Turnover: $549
  • 2 Bed / 2 Bath Turnover: $649
  • 3 Bed / 2+ Bath Turnover: $749

Package selection is based on the property’s bed/bath count. Each package delivers a QC-reviewed Photo Proof Pack and Service Summary.

Add-On Services:

Enhance your turnover with optional add-ons for extra detail or specialty services. All add-ons are performed by our independent vendor partners following privacy-safe documentation rules.

  • Appliance Interiors (per appliance): $89
  • Cabinet Interiors (kitchen): $149
  • Cabinet Interiors (per bathroom): $79
  • Pet Hair Focus: $129
  • Baseboards / Wall Spot Cleaning: $169

Fees and Policies:

Our fees are clear and structured to avoid surprises.

  • Cancel > 48 hours before service: $0
  • Cancel 48–24 hours before service: $95
  • Cancel < 24 hours before service: $175
  • Same-day cancellation after dispatch confirmation: $225
  • No-Access / Lockout fee: $95

All cancellations, reschedules, and no-access scenarios follow our QC-verified scheduling policies. Turnovers are outcome-based rent-ready cleaning, not inspections, restoration, or remediation. Utilities (water + electricity) must be on for standard service unless limited-service authorization is recorded.
